A true bantam. They make an extremely popular garden 'pet' whilst making an excellent exhibition bird.

Personality

Docile yet cheeky characters which seem to enjoy human company.Ideal pets for children as they tolerate being carried around and fussed over.

Day to Day

Great birds to have around the garden. They are not destructive if allowed to roam as the foot feathering prevents them doing much damage. However do not allow them to free range during wet weather as they quickly become muddy and dirty. They do need slightly more attention on account of the foot feathering.

Eggs

Reasonable number of creamy eggs however not really kept as layers.
